When a client files a chargeback and their bank decides in their favor, the disputed amount is refunded to the client automatically. This process is handled by our payment processor—you don’t need to take any manual action to issue the refund.

How the Refund Is Processed

  • The disputed amount is deducted from your ReadyHubb balance.

  • If your current balance is too low, the amount will be withheld from upcoming payouts.

  • In some cases, a chargeback fee may also be applied.

Can I Still Reach Out to the Client?

Yes. If you believe the chargeback was due to a misunderstanding or error, you’re welcome to contact the client directly. In rare cases, clients may choose to reverse the dispute by contacting their bank—especially if the service was completed and they’re satisfied.

However, once the client’s bank finalizes the chargeback, the refund cannot be reversed by ReadyHubb.

What Does This Mean for My Account?

  • The transaction will appear as a deduction in your reports.

  • The booking will remain in your history as part of your dispute record.

  • We recommend reviewing your client communication, forms, and policies to reduce future risk.

⚠️ NOTE : ReadyHubb assists you by collecting and submitting evidence for disputes, but we do not control the outcome. The decision is made entirely by the client’s card issuer.
