Step-by-Step: How to Access Your Availability Settings

  1. Log in to Readyhubb.

  2. Go to your Profile section.

  3. Select Business Settings.

  4. Tap Calendar & AvailabilityOnline Booking Availability.

From here, you can adjust all your scheduling preferences to match your business needs.

Key Online Booking Availability Settings

1. Time Zone

Set your local time zone to make sure all bookings reflect your correct working hours.

  • Changing Time Zones:
Any new bookings will follow your updated time zone.
Existing bookings will remain in the previous time zone.

2. Max Bookings Per Day

Control your daily workload by setting a maximum number of bookings per day.

Example:
Set a limit of 5 bookings per day — once that limit is reached, clients will no longer see open slots for that date.

3. Client Booking Window

Decide how far in advance clients must book before their appointment.

Example:
Set the window to 24 hours, so clients can only book appointments at least one day ahead.

4. Time Increments

Choose the time interval for your available booking slots.

Available options: 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.

How It Works:
If you select 30-minute increments, your available times will appear as 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and so on.

5. Monthly Availability Drop (PRO Feature)

Available for PRO users only!
Set a specific date each month when your calendar automatically opens for the next month’s bookings.

Example:
If you set your calendar to open on the 15th, clients will be notified that your schedule is available for the upcoming month.

6. “Open Up My Calendar” Window

Control how far in advance clients can make bookings.

Example:
If you set the limit to 1 month, clients will only see and book dates within the next 30 days.
All future dates will stay hidden until they’re available.

7. Working Hours

Define your regular working hours for each day of the week, including breaks or time off.

  • Days Off: Mark entire days as unavailable.

  • Breaks: Block specific times during your workday to rest or handle other tasks.

⚠️ Note:
Keep your availability settings up to date to ensure a smooth booking experience for your clients. Regularly review your schedule to avoid double-bookings or missed opportunities.
