1. Check Your Business Hours
Start by confirming that your business hours are correctly set.
How to check:
Go to Business Settings → Calendar & Availability → Online Booking Availability → Business Hours
Make sure your hours are long enough to fit the duration of your services.
If your service lasts longer than your available hours, clients won’t be able to book it.
Example:
If your Nails service takes 5 hours but your business is open from 4 PM – 6 PM, your calendar will appear unavailable because the service doesn’t fit within your operational time.
✅ Fix: Extend your business hours to match your longest service duration.
2. Make Sure the Service Is Public
Sometimes, the issue is that your service is set to private, meaning clients can’t see or book it.
How to fix:
Go to Business Settings → Services → Select the Service → Make Service Private
If it’s toggled on, turn it off to make the service public and visible on your booking page.
3. Check for Full-Day Blocks
Your calendar may also appear greyed out if there are full-day blocks scheduled.
These blocks could come from:
Set vacation days
Blocked time slots
Closed business hours
Fix:
Head to your Calendar view and check if any days are marked as unavailable.
Remove or adjust these blocks to restore availability.
4. Review Booking Limits
If you’ve set limits on how clients can book, your availability may appear closed.
Check your booking restrictions:
Open the Readyhubb App
Go to Business Settings → Calendar & Availability → Online Booking Availability
Review:
Advance Booking Limit — Clients can’t book beyond this timeframe.
Maximum Bookings Per Day — Once this limit is reached, your calendar appears full.
✅ Tip: Adjust these settings to ensure your availability matches your schedule.
⚠️ Most Common Cause
In most cases, a greyed-out calendar happens because your service duration is longer than your business hours.
Always make sure your operating time can accommodate your longest service (e.g., a 5-hour nail service won’t fit into a 2-hour open window).
If you’ve checked all these and your calendar is still unavailable, contact Readyhubb Support through your app (Profile → FAQ & Help → Ask a Question). We’re happy to help!
