I only want to release my calendar one month at a time. How can I select a specific timeline?

If you’d like your clients to book appointments only one month at a time, Readyhubb gives you two ways to manage this depending on your plan type.

For All Users (Free, Lite and PRO)

You can control how far in advance clients can book by setting an Advance Booking Limit.

To set this up:

  1. Open the Readyhubb App.

  2. Go to Profile → Business Settings → Calendar & Availability → Online Booking Availability.

  3. Under Advance Booking Limit, select 1 Month (30 Days).

This ensures clients can only view and book appointments within the next 30 days. Once a date passes, new future dates automatically open based on your set limit.

For PRO Users: Use Monthly Availability Drop

If you’re on the Readyhubb PRO plan, you can use the Monthly Availability Drop feature for even more control.

This feature automatically releases your calendar for the next month’s bookings on a specific date — for example, on the 15th of every month.

💡 Example

If your calendar opens on the 15th of October, clients will start seeing and booking appointments for November from that date.

In short:

  • Use Advance Booking Limit to manually control how far ahead clients can book.

  • Upgrade to PRO and enable Monthly Availability Drop to automatically release your calendar each month.
