  1. Download the Readyhubb app on Android or iPhone or head over to www.readyhubb.com/onboarding/professional and enter your email

  2. Complete the form by entering your name, password, phone number, and country, then hit the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' button. Alternatively, you can speed up the process by signing up with Facebook, Apple, or Google.

  3. Verify your phone number OTP

  4. Begin your profile setup by inputting details that will be showcased on your Profile.

  5. Our onboarding includes introducing yourself by adding a profile picture, entering your business name, and writing a short bio. Next, you’ll select the type of business you operate, specify your services, and upload photos of your work to showcase to clients..”

Extra tips!

We're making it easier to get started. Simply follow the prompts to add the relevant information to your account, and you’ll have clients booking with you in no time.

Once you've created your profile via the web, download the Readyhubb app to access additional settings that are not available on the web platform.

After downloading the app:

  1. Sign In with your credentials.

  2. Head over to the Profile Section and navigate to Business Settings.

Here’s what you can do in the app:

  • Edit Your Business Hours: Set or update your availability for client bookings.

  • Add More Services: Expand your service offerings with detailed descriptions, prices, and photos.

  • Manage Additional Settings: Customize options like availability, payment preferences, and more.

By using the app, you’ll unlock full control over your profile and ensure that clients have the best booking experience.


What services do you offer?

  1. Select the business categories that best describe your services (e.g., Hair Stylist, Natural Hair & Protective Styles, Nails, Eyebrows & Lashes, etc.).

  2. Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.


What is your business name and what type of services do you offer? (Mobile, Home-based, Venue-based, or Virtual)

  1. Business Name

    • Use your name or add your business name (e.g., "Glow Beauty Studio").

  2. Type of Services

    • Mobile: Set the area you cover and optional travel fee.

    • Home-based: Enter your location.

    • Venue-based: Provide your venue address.

    • Virtual: No additional details needed.

  3. Save Your Settings

  4. Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.


Adding services on readyhubb

  1. Service Details

    • Type of Business: Choose the business type that matches your service (e.g., "Eyebrows & Lashes," "Hair Stylist").

    • Name of Service: Enter the service name (e.g., "Hybrid Eyelash Extensions").

    • Description: Provide an optional description to help clients understand the service.

    • Image: Upload a high-quality image to visually represent the service.

  2. Pricing and Duration

    • Price: Set the service cost.

    • Duration: Choose the time required for the service in 15-minute increments.

    • Extra Time: Add optional buffer time after the service if needed.

  3. Advanced Settings

    • Mobile Service: Toggle this setting if the service involves travelling to the client's location.

  4. Save Your Settings

    • Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.


Learn how to create and manage optional add-ons to enhance your services and provide extra value for your clients.

  1. Add-On Details

    • Name: Enter the name of the add-on (e.g., "Hair Wash").

    • Description: Provide an optional description of the add-on to help clients understand what it offers.

    • Price: Specify the price for the add-on. For free add-ons, set the price to $0.

    • Duration: Indicate any additional time required for the add-on. If no extra time is needed, set it to 0.

  2. Assign to Services

    • Available For: Select the services the add-on applies to. Use the "Select All" option to apply it to all services if needed.

  3. Save Your Add-On

    • Once all details are entered, click "Save" to finalize and add the add-on to your offerings.

  4. Managing Add-Ons

    • To delete an add-on, swipe left on the add-on to reveal the delete button or select the add-on, click the "Delete" icon, and confirm the deletion.


Enhance your Readyhubb profile by including additional details about yourself and your business. This helps clients understand your expertise and boosts your visibility.

  1. Bio

    • Share details about yourself and your business, including your background, expertise, and what sets your services apart.

  2. Additional Policies

    • Outline specific client policies to ensure transparency and set expectations.

  3. Cover Photos

    • Upload up to 10 high-quality photos showcasing your work or business ambiance.

    • Note: A minimum of two photos is required for marketplace visibility.

  4. Additional Links

    • Add links to your social media profiles or website to expand your online presence and connect with potential clients.


Manage time slots, daily booking limits, and working hours.

  1. Time Zone: Set your local time zone for accurate bookings. Changes affect new bookings only.

  2. Max Bookings Per Day: Set limits (e.g., 5 bookings/day) to control workload.

  3. Client Booking Window: Define advance notice (e.g., 24 hours) for bookings.

  4. Time Increments: Choose intervals (e.g., 15 or 30 minutes) for appointments.

  5. Monthly Availability Drop (PRO): Open future bookings monthly on a set date (e.g., 15th).

  6. “Open Up My Calendar”: Set advance booking limits (e.g., up to 1 month).

  7. Working Hours: Define weekly hours and breaks, adjust as needed.

Adjust availability for specific days without altering regular hours.

  1. Choose a day and set custom hours (e.g., 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM).

  2. Copy changes to other days using the copy icon.

Block off unavailable days for vacations or breaks.

  1. Set Vacation Dates: Choose start and end dates (e.g., January 10–13, 2025).

  2. Single-Day Vacation: Double-click a date for one-day vacation.

  3. Apply/Remove Dates: Block or re-open bookings for selected dates.

Sync Readyhubb with external calendars like Google, Apple, or Outlook.

  1. Add Calendar: Choose calendar type, grant permissions, or use a subscription URL.

  2. Disconnect: Swipe left or click delete to remove syncing.


Updating Business Contact Information on Readyhubb

  1. Business Phone Number
    Your business phone number is what clients use to contact you. It’s separate from the number used to create your account and can be updated anytime in the Contact Preferences section.

  2. Business Email
    The email displayed on your profile is for client communication. It can be updated to reflect changes, ensuring clients have the correct contact details.

  3. Visibility Options
    You can choose to hide your business phone number or email from your profile by managing visibility settings in Contact Preferences.

Keeping your contact information updated ensures smooth communication and builds trust with your clients.


Terms of payment on Readyhubb

  1. Deposits
    Secure bookings by requiring a deposit. Clients forfeit the deposit if they miss their appointment, ensuring commitment and reducing no-shows.

  2. Service Tax Rate
    Automatically apply a tax rate to your service prices for accurate billing. Example: A 10% tax will be added to the total service price.

  3. Payment Policies
    Add custom payment terms and conditions that clients must agree to before confirming their appointments.

  4. Payment Options

    • Tap to Pay: Enable quick payments during checkout with a simple toggle.

    • Buy Now, Pay Later (Pro Feature): Allow clients to split payments into manageable installments, providing flexibility for bookings.

Customizing your payment settings ensures seamless transactions, improves client trust, and minimizes missed appointments.


FAQ Section on Readyhubb

  1. Why FAQs Matter
    A well-maintained FAQ section helps address common client questions, saves time, and enhances client trust by providing clear and concise answers.

  2. Adding FAQs

    • Question: Enter a common client query, such as "Do you offer consultations?"

    • Answer: Provide detailed and helpful answers, like "Yes, consultations can be scheduled through Readyhubb."

  3. Managing FAQs
    Regularly update your FAQ section to keep it relevant and helpful for clients. Ensure your FAQs reflect your most recent policies, services, and practices.

  4. Save Your FAQs
    Always save your changes to ensure your FAQs are displayed accurately on your profile.

Import your client list

Import your existing client list into your Readyhubb account, and we'll send automatic SMS invites to your clients, encouraging them to book with you on your new booking page. It's the perfect way to get your clients excited about booking and announce your switch to Readyhubb.
