We're making it easier to get started. Simply follow the prompts to add the relevant information to your account, and you’ll have clients booking with you in no time.
Once you've created your profile via the web, download the Readyhubb app to access additional settings that are not available on the web platform.
After downloading the app:
Sign In with your credentials.
Head over to the Profile Section and navigate to Business Settings.
Here’s what you can do in the app:
Edit Your Business Hours: Set or update your availability for client bookings.
Add More Services: Expand your service offerings with detailed descriptions, prices, and photos.
Manage Additional Settings: Customize options like availability, payment preferences, and more.
By using the app, you’ll unlock full control over your profile and ensure that clients have the best booking experience.
What services do you offer?
Select the business categories that best describe your services (e.g., Hair Stylist, Natural Hair & Protective Styles, Nails, Eyebrows & Lashes, etc.).
Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.
What is your business name and what type of services do you offer? (Mobile, Home-based, Venue-based, or Virtual)
Business Name
Use your name or add your business name (e.g., "Glow Beauty Studio").
Type of Services
Mobile: Set the area you cover and optional travel fee.
Home-based: Enter your location.
Venue-based: Provide your venue address.
Virtual: No additional details needed.
Save Your Settings
Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.
Adding services on readyhubb
Service Details
Type of Business: Choose the business type that matches your service (e.g., "Eyebrows & Lashes," "Hair Stylist").
Name of Service: Enter the service name (e.g., "Hybrid Eyelash Extensions").
Description: Provide an optional description to help clients understand the service.
Image: Upload a high-quality image to visually represent the service.
Pricing and Duration
Price: Set the service cost.
Duration: Choose the time required for the service in 15-minute increments.
Extra Time: Add optional buffer time after the service if needed.
Advanced Settings
Mobile Service: Toggle this setting if the service involves travelling to the client's location.
Save Your Settings
Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.
Learn how to create and manage optional add-ons to enhance your services and provide extra value for your clients.
Add-On Details
Name: Enter the name of the add-on (e.g., "Hair Wash").
Description: Provide an optional description of the add-on to help clients understand what it offers.
Price: Specify the price for the add-on. For free add-ons, set the price to $0.
Duration: Indicate any additional time required for the add-on. If no extra time is needed, set it to 0.
Assign to Services
Available For: Select the services the add-on applies to. Use the "Select All" option to apply it to all services if needed.
Save Your Add-On
Once all details are entered, click "Save" to finalize and add the add-on to your offerings.
Managing Add-Ons
To delete an add-on, swipe left on the add-on to reveal the delete button or select the add-on, click the "Delete" icon, and confirm the deletion.
Enhance your Readyhubb profile by including additional details about yourself and your business. This helps clients understand your expertise and boosts your visibility.
Bio
Share details about yourself and your business, including your background, expertise, and what sets your services apart.
Additional Policies
Outline specific client policies to ensure transparency and set expectations.
Cover Photos
Upload up to 10 high-quality photos showcasing your work or business ambiance.
Note: A minimum of two photos is required for marketplace visibility.
Additional Links
Add links to your social media profiles or website to expand your online presence and connect with potential clients.
Manage time slots, daily booking limits, and working hours.
Time Zone: Set your local time zone for accurate bookings. Changes affect new bookings only.
Max Bookings Per Day: Set limits (e.g., 5 bookings/day) to control workload.
Client Booking Window: Define advance notice (e.g., 24 hours) for bookings.
Time Increments: Choose intervals (e.g., 15 or 30 minutes) for appointments.
Monthly Availability Drop (PRO): Open future bookings monthly on a set date (e.g., 15th).
“Open Up My Calendar”: Set advance booking limits (e.g., up to 1 month).
Working Hours: Define weekly hours and breaks, adjust as needed.
Adjust availability for specific days without altering regular hours.
Choose a day and set custom hours (e.g., 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
Copy changes to other days using the copy icon.
Block off unavailable days for vacations or breaks.
Set Vacation Dates: Choose start and end dates (e.g., January 10–13, 2025).
Single-Day Vacation: Double-click a date for one-day vacation.
Apply/Remove Dates: Block or re-open bookings for selected dates.
Sync Readyhubb with external calendars like Google, Apple, or Outlook.
Add Calendar: Choose calendar type, grant permissions, or use a subscription URL.
Disconnect: Swipe left or click delete to remove syncing.
Updating Business Contact Information on Readyhubb
Business Phone Number
Your business phone number is what clients use to contact you. It’s separate from the number used to create your account and can be updated anytime in the Contact Preferences section.Business Email
