Easily manage your availability on ReadyHubb with customizable settings for time zone, max bookings per day, client booking window, time increments, monthly availability, and working hours. Keep your schedule updated for a seamless booking experience.

Managing your availability effectively is essential for a smooth booking process. ReadyHubb offers a variety of customizable online booking settings to help you control your schedule. Here’s how you can manage your online booking availability:

  1. Log in to ReadyHubb

  2. Navigate to Profile
    Go to the Profile section and click on Business Settings.

  3. Select Calendar & Availability
    Choose Online Booking Availability to access and customize your settings.

Key Online Booking Availability Settings

  1. Time Zone
    Set your local time zone to ensure all bookings reflect your current location.

    • Changing Time Zones: Any new bookings will align with the updated time zone, while existing bookings will remain as they were, based on the previous time zone.

  2. Max Bookings Per Day
    Control your workload by setting a maximum number of bookings per day.

    • Example: Set a limit of 5 bookings per day. Once this limit is reached, clients will no longer see available slots for that day.

  3. Client Booking Window
    Define the minimum notice required before accepting a booking.

    • Example: Set the window to 24 hours, so clients can only book appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

  4. Time Increments
    Adjust the time intervals for your available appointment slots.

    • Available Increments: 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.

    • How It Works: If you select 30-minute increments, slots will be available at times like 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and so on.

  5. Monthly Availability Drop (Pro Feature)
    Available for PRO users! Set a date each month when your calendar will open for the next month’s bookings.

    • Example: Set your calendar to open on the 15th of each month, and clients will be notified when it’s ready for new bookings.

  6. “Open Up My Calendar” Availability Window
    Control how far in advance clients can book by setting an advance booking limit.

    • Example: If you set the limit to 1 month, clients can only book up to 1 month in advance, with future dates unavailable.

  7. Working Hours
    Set your regular working hours from Monday to Sunday, including any breaks or days off.

    • Days Off and Breaks: Easily schedule time off or breaks during your working hours.
