Setting Up Your Availability on ReadyHubb:
ReadyHubb provides a tailored way for professionals to set their availability, ensuring clients can book them seamlessly and accurately. Here's how to set up and manage your availability:
Log in to the ReadyHubb platform.
Navigate to Profile.
Click on Business Settings.
From the dropdown or menu, select Availability.
Availability Window:
This determines how far in advance clients can book you. For instance, by choosing 7 days, clients will see your availability for the upcoming week and can schedule appointments within that frame.
Notice Before Scheduled Appointment:
Define how much advance notice you need before an appointment. If you set this to 24 hours, clients won't be able to book appointments with less than a day's notice.
Maximum Bookings Per Day:
Here, specify the number of bookings you're willing to accept on a given day. This ensures you aren't overbooked and can manage your time effectively.
Business Hours:
Determine the days you're available for work by checking the box next to the respective day.
Click on the + button to define the time slots you're available.
If you want to set multiple working intervals (e.g., to account for a lunch break), click on the + icon. For example, you could set a timeframe from 8 am to 12 pm and then another from 2 pm to 5 pm.
To quickly replicate these hours on other days, click on the copy icon next to the + button. A "Copy Business Hours" pop-up will appear, allowing you to select specific days or all days to apply this schedule. This feature is designed for professionals to set their working hours effortlessly.
Once all settings are adjusted to your satisfaction, ensure you click Save and Continue to store your changes.
