Accessing the Products Section
Log in to your Readyhubb PRO account.
Go to your Profile.
Tap Products to open your store dashboard.
You’ll see:
Products – manage and create your items.
Orders – track and fulfill sales.
Online Store Link – share and preview your storefront link.
Purchase Settings – set your store policies and tax rates.
Creating a Product Category and Product
Tap Products, then Add a Product.
Create a Category (e.g., Nail Polish, Skincare).
Choose a color for your category and tap Save.
Tap Add a Product under that category to add your first item.
Product Setup Steps:
Add Image: Upload a clear product photo.
Product Name: Enter a name (e.g., Nail Polish).
Price: Set your price (e.g., $50.00).
Description: Add a short, appealing description.
Tap Continue to proceed.
Set Delivery Options
Choose how your clients will receive their product:
Pick Up in Person: Clients collect their order directly from you.
Shipping: Ask for a delivery address at checkout.
Digital Delivery: Add a link for downloadable files (PDF, Google Drive, etc.).
Additional options:
Track Inventory: Toggle ON to manage available stock.
When ON, Readyhubb automatically hides products when stock runs out.
When OFF, products will always appear available for purchase.
⚠️ Tip: Keep tracking ON to prevent overselling and receive out-of-stock alerts.
Private Product: Make it private so only people with a shared link can view or buy it.
Tap Save to publish your product.
Managing Inventory and Visibility
If your inventory reaches zero, the product will no longer appear publicly on your store or marketplace.
Always update inventory after restocking.
If your product is set to private, it won’t appear on your Readyhubb page, Link in Bio, or custom website.
Disable Private Product to make it visible again.
Keeping inventory accurate ensures your clients only see available items.
Managing Products
Once saved, you can:
Edit Product: Update names, images, prices, or descriptions.
Manage Inventory: Adjust stock manually.
Delete Product: Remove items you no longer sell.
Share Product: Tap the Share icon (top right) to share links via text, social media, or email.
Orders and Fulfillment
When a client purchases a product:
Go to the Orders tab.
View new purchases under Pending.
Confirm and fulfill the order.
Once delivered or picked up, mark it as Delivered — it will automatically move to Delivered.
Notifications & Alerts You’ll Receive
Purchase Confirmation:
Receive an email and in-app notification whenever a product is purchased.Order In Progress:
Get notified when a new order is pending so you can confirm and process it.Delivery Reminder:
If an order isn’t marked delivered, you’ll receive a reminder after two weeks to update it.Out-of-Stock Alert:
Receive a notification when a product reaches 0 inventory so you can restock it.
✅ Tip: Make sure Track Inventory is ON to get stock alerts and prevent overselling.
Online Store Link
Your Readyhubb store includes a shareable storefront link:
Tap Online Store Link.
Tap Share Website Link to promote your store via messages, social media, or email.
Tap Website Preview to see how your store appears to clients.
Your storefront displays all public and available products organized by category.
Purchase Settings
Set up clear store policies and taxes:
Purchase Policies: Outline your terms for shipping, cancellations, and exchanges.
Refund Policies: Explain how clients can request refunds.
Product Tax Rate: Add any applicable tax rate for your region.
Tap Save when done.
Track Sales and Performance
Your Products Dashboard gives you real-time insights:
Total Sales: Combined revenue from all product sales.
Units Sold: Total number of products sold.
Total Orders: Number of client purchases.
These stats help you analyze performance and plan future promotions.
Where Clients See Your Products
Your products appear across Readyhubb to help you reach more customers:
On your Readyhubb Custom Website – in your products section.
On your Readyhubb Profile – alongside your services.
On your Link in Bio Page – clients can view and shop your products directly.
On the Readyhubb Marketplace homepage – increasing your visibility to new users.

⚠️ Note:
The Products feature is exclusive to Readyhubb PRO users.
If your PRO subscription ends, your store and listed products will deactivate.
Product management is currently available only through the Readyhubb mobile app.
