Automated Messages: Enhance Client Communication with Readyhubb

The Automated Messages feature on Readyhubb PRO helps professionals save time and strengthen client communication by sending personalized booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups automatically.

Accessing Automated Messages

  1. Log in to Readyhubb:
    Open your Readyhubb app and log in to your professional account.

  2. Navigate to Profile:
    Go to your Profile section.

  3. Open Automated Messages:
    Tap Automated Messages under Profile settings to access your messaging dashboard.


Creating a New Automated Message

  1. Start a New Message:
    Tap Create Message or the “+” button to begin crafting your message.

  2. Add Message Details:

    • Enter a title and the message content.

    • Use shortcodes to personalize messages with details such as the client’s first name, last name, booking date, time, and service name.

    • Tap the “+ Shortcode” button to insert these dynamic details easily.

  3. Select Service and Schedule:
    Choose which service(s) the message applies to, or select All Services for global messages.
    Then, select when the message should be sent:

    • Booking Confirmed: Sent immediately after a booking is confirmed.

    • Pre-Appointment Update: Sent before the client’s appointment as a reminder.

    • After Appointment: Sent after the appointment as a follow-up or thank-you message.

  4. Activate Your Message:
    Once you’ve finished customizing and scheduling, toggle Set Message as Active to turn it on.
    This ensures your message sends automatically based on your chosen timing.


Editing and Managing Messages

  • Edit: Tap the pen icon to update your message title, content, or schedule.

  • Delete: Tap the trash icon to remove a message you no longer need.

  • Preview: Tap the eye icon (top right) to see exactly how the message will appear to clients.

  • Save: Once satisfied, tap Save to confirm your updates.


Tips for Using Automated Messages Effectively

  • Use shortcodes to make every message feel personalized.

  • Schedule Pre-Appointment Updates to reduce no-shows.

  • Send After Appointment messages to encourage reviews or rebooking.

  • Keep messages concise, friendly, and consistent with your brand tone.
