Setting Up Your Monthly Availability Drop
Imagine you’re a hairstylist who prefers to open your booking calendar on the 15th of each month for the following month. Here’s how it works:
On June 15th, your calendar for July (July 1st to July 31st) will automatically open for bookings. All other months will remain closed, allowing you to focus on your current and upcoming clients.
Notifications are sent to all your clients, including those who booked with you previously, ensuring they know your calendar is open and ready for new bookings.
Using the Monthly Availability Drop Modal
Activating the Monthly Availability Drop is simple:
Select Your Date: Tap on the "Select Date" field when the feature is activated.
A dropdown calendar will appear, allowing you to choose the exact date when your calendar will open for the next month.
Remember, the calendar will automatically open from the 1st to the last day of the month based on your business hours.
Toggle Notifications: By default, email notifications are set to notify your clients about the availability drop. You can toggle this setting as needed.
Changing Your Opening Date
Let’s say on July 2nd, you decide to change the opening date for your August bookings to July 20th:
You update the date, and on July 20th, your calendar for August will open.
If you attempt to change the date after July 15th, you can only adjust it for September and beyond, as the calendar for August has already been set.
Important Notes:
Once the selected date has passed, you can only choose a new date for the next calendar month.
If your selected date doesn't exist in a particular month (e.g., February 30th), the system will automatically adjust to the last valid day of that month.
Editing Availability Directly from the Bookings Page

This modal will show a calendar view along with the number of open days.
Non-working days, past and future, will be greyed out to prevent any modifications.
