Managing your availability is crucial for maintaining a smooth booking process, and we’ve made it easier than ever with our customizable online booking settings. Whether you’re looking to control how far in advance clients can book, set your time zone, or limit daily appointments, this guide will walk you through the key features available on the Readyhubb app.
How to Access and Customize Your Settings
To customize your online booking settings, follow these steps:
Go to Profile in the Readyhubb app.
Navigate to Business Settings.
Select Calendar & Availability.
Choose Online Booking Availability to access all the settings mentioned above.
Key Online Booking Availability Settings
1. Time Zone
Your time zone setting ensures that all your bookings align with your local time. You can easily update your time zone in the Business Settings to match your current location.
Changing Time Zones: When you update your time zone, all new bookings will reflect the new setting, while existing bookings will remain unchanged based on the previous time zone.
2. Max Bookings Per Day
If you want to control your workload, this setting is for you. By selecting the maximum number of bookings per day, you can ensure you never overbook yourself.
Example: Set a limit of 5 bookings per day. Once this limit is reached, clients will no longer see available slots for that day.
3. Client Booking Window
This setting allows you to decide how much notice you require before accepting a new booking.
Example: If you need at least 24 hours' notice, clients will only be able to book appointments that are at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Time Increments
Customize the start times of your appointments by selecting the increment that best fits your schedule.
Available Increments: Choose from 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
How It Works: If you select 30-minute increments, available appointment slots will be at times like 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, etc.
5. Monthly Availability Drop (Pro Feature)
Exclusively for PRO users! This allows you to specify a date each month when your calendar will open for the next month’s bookings. Learn more here.
Example: Set your calendar to open on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month, and your clients will be notified when it’s open for new bookings.
6. “Open Up My Calendar” Availability Window
This feature gives you the flexibility to open your calendar for bookings based on your chosen interval. Control how far in advance clients can book appointments by setting an advance booking limit.
Example: If you set the limit to 1 month, clients can only book up to 1 month in advance, with future dates blacked out.
7. Working Hours
Define your regular working hours from Monday to Sunday, set recurring schedules, and include breaks. This ensures your clients can only book within the hours you’re available.
Days Off and Breaks: Easily schedule time off or breaks during your day.
