Efficiently managing your schedule and time off is crucial for maintaining a well-organized calendar and ensuring that clients are informed. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for adjusting your working hours, editing your availability, and limiting your booking window on ReadyHubb. Take control of your schedule to provide the best service to your clients while optimizing your personal time.

Adjust Your Working Hours

To Adjust Working Hours:

  1. Log in to the ReadyHubb platform.

  2. Navigate to Profile.

  3. Click on Business Settings.

  4. From the dropdown or menu, select Availability.

  5. Business Hours:

    • Determine the days you're available for work by checking the box next to the respective day.

    • Click on the + button to define the time slots you're available.

    • If you want to set multiple working intervals (e.g., to account for a lunch break), click on the + icon. For example, you could set a timeframe from 8 am to 12 pm and then another from 2 pm to 5 pm.

    • To quickly replicate these hours on other days, click on the copy icon next to the + button. A "Copy Business Hours" pop-up will appear, allowing you to select specific days or all days to apply this schedule. This feature is designed for professionals to set their working hours effortlessly.

Editing Upcoming Schedule:

Access Schedule Editing:

  1. In Business Settings > Manage Calendar, choose Edit Upcoming Schedule.

Set Working Hours for a Day:

  1. Click on Edit Upcoming Schedule.

  2. Choose the desired date.

  3. Set the start time (e.g., 9:00 AM) and end time (e.g., 5:00 PM).

  4. Click Save.

Add Multiple Time Slots:

  1. Click on Edit Upcoming Schedule.

  2. Choose the desired date.

  3. Add a morning slot (e.g., 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

  4. Add an afternoon slot (e.g., 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM).

  5. Click Save.

Delete Scheduled Time:

  1. Click on Edit Upcoming Schedule.

  2. Choose the date with the scheduled time.

  3. Deselect the day.

  4. Look for the delete icon.

  5. Click on it to remove the schedule.

  6. Click Save.

Managing Vacation Time:

Access Vacation Time Management:

  1. In Business Settings > Manage Calendar, choose Manage Vacation Time.

Set Vacation for a Single Day:

  1. Click on Manage Vacation Time.

  2. Double-click the desired date for vacation.

  3. Confirm vacation start (e.g., Jan 24, 2024) and end (automatically set to Jan 24, 2024).

  4. Click Apply.

Set Vacation for Multiple Days (Continuous):

  1. Click on Manage Vacation Time.

  2. Click the first date for vacation (e.g., Jan 24, 2024).

  3. Without closing, move to the last date (e.g., Jan 30, 2024) and Click it.

  4. The system will automatically select all the dates in between.

  5. Confirm vacation start and end.

  6. Click Apply.

Set Vacation for Multiple Non-Continuous Days:

  1. Click on Manage Vacation Time.

  2. Double-click the first date for vacation (e.g., Jan 24, 2024) and Click apply.

  3. Click on Select Vacation Dates again.

  4. Double-click the next date (e.g., Jan 27, 2024) and click apply.

Delete Vacation Time:

  1. Click on Manage Vacation Time.

  2. Locate the dates with vacation time.

  3. Click the delete icon next to the dates.

  4. Confirm the deletion.
