Terms of payment on Readyhubb

Payments and Features Tailored for You and Your Clients:

Pay in Cash: We understand the value of traditional methods. This option is specially crafted for those clients who feel most comfortable with cash transactions. Seamless for you, and comfortable for them.

Pay in App: Streamlining the booking experience for the modern client. While this feature isn't immediately accessible upon profile completion, it's just a few clicks away. Simply head over to the web platform settings, and subscribe. But remember, to keep things streamlined, subscription activation for in-app payments is exclusively available on our web platform.

Transparent Tax Integration: We make tax computations straightforward. Set up your services, specify your tax rate, and let us do the rest. For example, if you offer a $10 service and set a 10% tax rate, we'll show your clients the breakdown - ensuring they know they're paying $11 ($10 for the service + $1 for tax).

Apply Deposit - Say Goodbye to Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows Say goodbye to the anxiety of last-minute cancellations. Our deposit feature serves as a safety net, ensuring you're compensated, even if the client is a no-show. The deposit mechanism is designed to be flexible, accommodating both cash and in-app payments. A key note: while clients might choose to pay in cash, securing their booking requires a debit/credit card deposit, ensuring your interests are always protected.

Tailored Payment & Booking Policies: Every business is unique, and so should be its policies. This section empowers you to lay out any specific terms and conditions related to your services. For clarity and trust, clients are required to review and agree to these stipulations before confirming an appointment.
