How to collect payments from clients: Available payment options

Clients can pay via card on file, tap-to-pay, payment links, or cash with Readyhubb, ensuring seamless transactions.

With Readyhubb, you can collect payments after the service and offer convenient payment options for your clients, accessible at checkout.

Payment options available when booking a service:

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: We support Apple Pay and Google Pay, enabling secure payments using your mobile devices.

  • All major debit/credit cards: We accept all major debit/credit card brands, including Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and more

  • Cash App pay: Clients can pay with their Cash App card or Cash App wallet by selecting this option when booking.

  • Buy now, pay later: Clients can choose Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay at the time of booking. This is entirely risk-free for your business, as you'll receive the full payment upfront, while clients will enjoy flexible payment plans for the booking amount.

Note: Online payment options for clients at the time of booking are only available for professionals who have enabled deposits or require a card on file. If you don't require a deposit, clients can book an appointment and pay the balance after the service.

Payment options available after the service, at checkout:

  • Card on file

  • Tap to pay

  • Send a payment link

  • Buy now, pay later: Klarna, Affirm & Afterpay

  • Collect cash

Exploring Payment Options:

Card on file:

  • Clients can pay with any major debit or credit card by entering their card details when booking an appointment. After providing the service, you can charge the card on file. Note that you cannot edit the services agreed upon at the time of booking with this payment option.

Tap to Pay:

  • Use your phone as a card reader at checkout. Update the booking as needed to add extra charges, discounts, or tips, then present your phone to the client. They can complete the transaction in seconds by tapping their card or mobile device.

Sharing a Payment Link:

  • Collect payments easily by sending a payment link to clients, allowing them to pay quickly from any device. Select this option at checkout and send the link via an in-app message or by copying and sharing it. The client can then review and pay for their service.

Buy now, Pay Later:

  • If your client selected Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna at the time of booking, you will instantly receive the full amount of the booking to your Readyhubb pending balance. After providing the service, proceed to checkout and select the "Buy now, pay later" payment option. You won't be able to choose any other payment option at checkout since the full payment has already been received. Simply mark the booking as completed, releasing the full amount to your available balance.

  • Note: You can't withdraw funds or mark the booking as completed before the appointment date.

Cash Payments:

  • Readyhubb also supports cash transactions. To ensure accurate analytics and a clear understanding of your earnings, select the cash option at checkout, update the booking, and collect the cash payment from your client.

Readyhubb provides a convenient "Terms of Payment" section for setting up your preferred payment methods and conditions. This section allows you to customize your payment options, specify tax rates, and deposit requirements, and outline booking policies according to your business needs.
