Setting Up Services on Readyhubb

Step 1: Log In and Access the Services Section

  1. Log in to the Readyhubb platform.

  2. Navigate to Profile and click on Business Settings.

  3. Select Services from the dropdown or menu.


Step 2: Adding a New Service

  1. Click + Add a Service below any category or use the three dots (⋮) next to a service category and select Add Service.

  2. Fill in the Service Details pop-up:

    • Type of Business: Select the business type (e.g., Eyebrows & Lashes, Hair Stylist).

    • Service Suggestions: Choose a suggestion or add your service name manually.

    • Name of Service: Enter the service name (e.g., "Hybrid Eyelash Extensions").

    • Description: (Optional) Provide a short description of the service.

    • Add Image: Upload a high-quality photo to visually represent the service.

  3. Fill in the Pricing and Duration section:

    • Price: Enter the price for the service.

    • Duration: Select the time required for the service in 15-minute increments.

    • Extra Time: Toggle the option if you want to add buffer time after the service (e.g., cleanup or prep for the next client).

  4. Advanced Settings:

    • Mobile Service: Toggle this option if the service is mobile, meaning you’ll travel to the client’s location.

  5. Once all details are entered, click Save to finalize.


Step 3: Managing Service Categories

  1. Beside each service category, click the three dots (⋮) for options:

    • Add Service: Add a new service under this category.

    • Edit Category: Change the category name or update the appointment color.

    • Delete Category: Delete the category and all its services.


Step 4: Deleting a Service

  1. Find the service you wish to delete and click the pen icon (🖊️) to edit it.

  2. In the top right corner, click Delete and confirm the deletion.


Step 5: Adding Extra Categories

  1. Below the Add a Service option, click the + button to create a new category.

  2. Enter the category name and assign a color for visual distinction on your calendar.


Step 6: Organizing Services & Categories

  1. Use the three lines (drag handle) beside a service or category to rearrange its order.

  2. Drag and drop to prioritize items for better visibility on your profile.


⚠️ NOTE:

  • Regularly update your services to keep your offerings clear and organized.

  • Use high-quality images and accurate descriptions to attract clients.
