Automated Messages is a premium feature available exclusively to ReadyHubb subscribers. Ensure you have an active subscription to access and utilize this feature effectively. Here's how to create and manage automated messages:

  1. Navigate to Profile: Log in to your ReadyHubb account and navigate to the Profile section.

  2. Access Automated Messages: Click on the "Automated Messages" option within your Profile settings.

  3. Create a New Message: If it's your first time using Automated Messages, click on the "Create Message" or the "+" button to start crafting a new message.

  4. Add Message Details: Enter the title and content of your message. You can utilize shortcodes to personalize messages by including dynamic information such as the client's first name, last name, booking date, time, and service name. Click on the "+" shortcode button to access and insert these shortcodes conveniently.

  5. Select Service and Schedule: Choose the service for which you want the message to be sent. You can opt to send the message for a specific service or select "All" for broader coverage. Next, schedule when the message should be sent by selecting from the following options:

  • Booking Confirmed: Send the message immediately after the booking is confirmed.

  • Pre-Appointment Update: Send the message before the scheduled appointment.

  • After Appointment: Send the message after the appointment has concluded.

  1. Activate the Message: Once you've customized and scheduled your message, you can activate it by clicking the "Set Message as Active" button. This ensures that the message will be sent out according to your specified schedule.

  2. Edit or Delete Messages: If you need to make changes to a message, simply click on the pen icon next to the message you wish to edit. To delete a message, click on the dustbin icon.

  3. Preview and Save: Before finalizing, preview how your clients will see the message by clicking the eye icon located on the top right of the page. Once you're satisfied with the message, save your settings.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly create, edit, and manage automated messages to enhance communication with your clients on ReadyHubb.
