How to change your business phone number or email on the Readyhubb App

Keeping your business contact info up-to-date is key to smooth client communication and ensuring every appointment goes off without a hitch. If you need to update the phone number or email your clients see, here's a quick guide to help you through it.

Note: The phone number and email used to create your Readyhubb account is different from the business number your clients see on your profile.

How to Update Your Business Phone Number

  1. Log in to the Readyhubb App.

  2. Navigate to your Profile.

  3. Open Business Settings and tap on Contact Details Preferences.

  4. Select Phone Number or Email and enter your new contact information.

  5. Don't forget to click save!

And that's it! Your new number or email will instantly be visible to clients on your profile.

Why Keeping Your Info Updated Matters

  • Better Communication: Make it easy for clients to contact you with any questions or changes to their appointments.

  • Boost Client Confidence: Uncertainty can prevent clients from booking—keep your contact info updated to give clients confidence when booking with you.
