Client Credit Card Info:
Unfortunately, we can't transfer client credit card information stored with your current payment processor to ReadyHubb.
You will still have access to those cards by logging into your payment processor, such as Square or Stripe, directly.
With ReadyHubb, you can start fresh and collect new client credit card information. Explore our payment options, including our built-in payment solution, in our Payment article for details.
Your Schedule:
To prevent overlapping availability between booking platforms during the transition, consider setting an end date in your previous platform.
Set a future date when you want to start accepting appointments in ReadyHubb. This helps avoid duplicate bookings between accounts.
ReadyHubb Settings and Policies:
As a new ReadyHubb user, review the Settings area of your account, including the Policies section, to ensure your setup aligns with your business needs.
Access your Settings and Policies through the full site at www.readyhubb.com (not the mobile app).
Review Import:
If you have a collection of valuable reviews on your previous platform, we can assist you in importing them to ReadyHubb.
Depending on your previous platform, you may request them to provide you with a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file containing your reviews.
Once you have the CSV file, our team will guide you through the process of importing your reviews into your ReadyHubb account. This way, you can keep all your hard-earned positive feedback.
Service Import:
We also offer assistance in importing your services from your previous platform to ReadyHubb.
Depending on the platform you were using, you can request them to provide you with a CSV file containing your service details.
Once you have the CSV file, we will assist you in seamlessly importing your services into ReadyHubb, ensuring that your service offerings are ready for your clients without missing a beat.
