If your calendar on Readyhubb is greyed out and not showing availability, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here are some common reasons and quick fixes to get your calendar back on track.

1. Check Your Business Hours

First, make sure your business hours are set correctly. Go to Business Settings > Calendar & Availability > Online Booking Availability > Business Hours to review or update your hours.

Make sure your business hours are long enough to accommodate the duration of your services, especially if you offer longer sessions. For example, if your business hours are from 2-4 PM but you offer a service that lasts 5 hours, clients won’t be able to book it during that time. Adjust your business hours accordingly to ensure all your services are available for booking.

2. Make Service Public

Double-check that the service you want clients to book is available publicly on your booking page.

Head over to Business settings > services > Select the service > Make Service Private

3. Check for Full-Day Blocks

Head over to your calendar view, review the dates to see if there are any full-day blocks scheduled on your calendar. These could be from your business hours, scheduled vacation time or blocked time settings that might be blocking your availability.

4. Booking Limits

If you've set restrictions on the number of bookings per day or the advance notice required for appointments, clients may see you as unavailable if they try to book outside these limits.

To manage these settings:

  1. Open the Readyhubb Mobile App

    • Navigate to Business Settings > Calendar & Availability > Online Booking Availability.

  2. Check Your Advance Booking Limit

    • If a client is trying to book beyond your set limit, you can either adjust the limit or manually create the appointment for them.

  3. Review Your Maximum Bookings Per Day

    • If you've set a daily booking cap, make sure it aligns with your availability. Adjust this setting if needed to ensure your calendar remains open for more bookings.

By following these steps, you can troubleshoot and resolve most issues with your calendar availability on Readyhubb.
