Clients on Readyhubb enjoy the flexibility to reschedule or cancel their bookings when necessary. Here's a user-friendly guide to help them navigate the process seamlessly:

How to Reschedule an Appointment on Readyhubb:

  1. Navigate to Bookings: Access the "Bookings" section within your Readyhubb account.

  2. Choose the Booking to Reschedule: Select the booking you wish to reschedule from your list of appointments.

  3. Click on Reschedule: Locate the "Reschedule" option associated with the chosen booking and click on it.

  4. Select the New Appointment Time: Choose the desired new appointment time from the available options.

  • ⚠️ NOTE: For in-app bookings made by clients, client approval is required for rescheduling. Walk-in bookings can be rescheduled without approval.

How to Cancel an Appointment on Readyhubb:

  1. Navigate to Bookings: Go to the "Bookings" section of your Readyhubb account.

  2. Select the Booking to Cancel: Identify the booking you wish to cancel from your list of appointments.

  3. Click on Cancel: Find the "Cancel" option associated with the selected booking and click on it.

  • ⚠️ NOTE: If you cancel a booking with a deposit or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. Exercise caution when canceling such bookings. For refunds, you'll need to handle them outside of the app.
